Agency training use cases

Build Better Media Buyers Through Repeatable Practice

Give every media buyer the same campaign scenario and see how differently they diagnose performance, allocate budget and justify optimisation decisions.

Hypermacx is the organisation behind Hypermacx Academy. The Academy provides the Meta Ads Simulator learning experience and scenario library.

Direct answer

What is Meta Ads training for agencies?

Meta Ads training for agencies uses repeatable campaign exercises to help media buyers practise setup, metric diagnosis, optimisation and recommendation skills before applying those decisions to client budgets.

The training problem

Knowing the platform is not the same as exercising judgement

Agency teams often learn through live account exposure, but client budgets are a costly place to discover gaps in diagnosis or communication.

Practical skills

What can agency media buyers practise?

Suggested team exercise

Run one scenario as a structured team debrief

  1. 01

    Assign

Choose one active Academy scenario and give every participant the same time window.

  2. 02

    Run

Each person builds the campaign and records their Day 1–3 diagnosis before optimising.

  3. 03

    Compare

Discuss which evidence drove different audience, creative, funnel or budget decisions.

  4. 04

    Debrief

Evaluate the reasoning, expected effect and risk alongside the final scorecard.

Media-buyer assessment

Assess the reasoning process, not only the final score

A simulated score is one signal. A useful review also asks whether the participant prioritised evidence and understood the downside of the decision.
